October is the month of the Water Dog and is all about muting the effect of earth through wood and fire through water. Your Feng Shui tips for this month are:

  1. Avoid the colours Yellow, Brown, Red, Orange and Purple with one exception put one red sheet on your bed, just one – it could open the world for you.
  2. Avoid going South or facing South
  3. Stay away from dogs or sheep, unless they are animals who are in your circle of influence (family pets)
  4. Avoid spicy, barbequed and deep fried foods, might be good for your health as well 🙂
  5. Eat more vegetables and fish (also good for your health)
  6. Dig into your favorite books and magazines and keep them near you to open the world to your infuence.
  7. Go swimming or to the beach as often as you can (swimming at the beach also cleanses the energy around you and lightens your load.)
  8. Get a fish – I love Betta‘s (Siamese Fighters) as they have lots of personality.
  9. Be aware of the change of moon at the end of this week and make sure you honour the way you feel during this time.
  10. Spend a lot of time in the Southeast corner of your home as it is the Wealth Corner of your home for this month. If you are a solo woman or mum, the woman alone with benefit by spending time in the southwest area of your home as well, this is the more feminine area for wealth for you this month.

Good (auspicious days) for this month are: 11th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 23rd, 29th, 30th, October, 4th November

Days to avoid doing anything important are: 19th October, 31st October

I hope you have an awesome October and leave you with this thought: “Being compassionate to all, even in your thoughts will bring you health, wealth and happiness.”

Be Fit! Be Well! do it online…
